Day 83

Ryan had a pretty good day yesterday. He got moved to a crib! His crib is right next to the isolette. If he can maintain his own body temperature for 24 hours they will move the isolette away. The doctor wrote orders to increase his bottles to 8 per day. Nippling 8 bottles a day is the final goal before going home. Unfortunately yesterday his breathing was too fast that he was only able to nipple 2 out of the 8 bottles. If you feel led you might say a little prayer that these new breathing issues be resolved. They did some bloodwork yesterday to rule out any infection, anemia, etc. They also gave him a dose of lasix to help pull off any fluid that might have been on his lungs. They also gave him a new nasal canula. Basically, they covered all their bases in trying to relieve this issue with tachypnea (breathing too fast).

Our BIG news...
If all things go well we are expecting to bring out little boy home by the end of this next week!!! (The doctor said to plan on mid-week)

Prayer Request: Again I'm asking for prayer for Connor and Macy. Their CarePage name is Shellem. I am also asking for prayer for Ryder. His family was told he has a grade 4 brain bleed. This is the worst possible brain bleed. The family is hopeful yet discouraged and concerned.
