Today has been a good day. We went to the pediatrician and received a good report. The doctor seemed pleased with everything about Ryan...his weight gain, his color, his appearance, his alertness, his actions, and most everything else. He wants to see Ryan again in 2 weeks. He wants Ryan to have bloodwork drawn next week to check his hemoglobin and hematocrit levels since Ryan has a history of needing blood. The doctor explained that he would be keeping a very close eye on Ryan for at least the first year of his life. I'm glad. By the way...we really liked the pediatrician. He was wonderful. Tomorrow SoonerStart will be coming out to the house and evaluating Ryan.
