Ryan had an eye exam this morning. The doctor saw some things that were a little concerning to him, so he will be repeating the exam next week. At this point the doctor is thinking Ryan may have Retinopathy of Prematurity (ROP) at a grade 2. If this is the case he will do a laser eye surgery on Ryan sometime soon. We would like to ask you to pray that this ROP will not get worse, and, if anything, that it improves over this week. Pray for wisdom for the doctor and that he sees with accuracy. I can't imagine looking at the teeny tiny blood vessels in those little baby eyes. This doctor is definately gifted.
